1️⃣ BASE
Ingredients:
– 2 cups of peanuts
– 1 handful (5/6 units) of pitted dates soaked in water
– 1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter
Instructions:
Process everything until a sticky sand forms. When you press with your hands, it should be compact, meaning it doesn’t fall apart, like a dough. If it doesn’t turn out like this, add a little more butter or dates.
Transfer the dough to a rectangular or square glass mold lined with aluminum foil. Press the dough to form a thin base.
2️⃣ FILLING:
Natural sugar-free peanut butter, add a little sweetener and spread it on top of the base. The amount is to taste, depending on how high or low you want the squares.
3️⃣ CRUNCH:
Add chopped peanuts on top. Amount to taste.
4️⃣ CHOCOLATE TOPPING:
Ingredients:
– 3 tablespoons of peanut butter
– 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder, from your favorite brand
– 1 handful of pitted dates soaked in water
Instructions:
Process everything until it becomes a chocolate cream. Spread it on top.
Add a little sea salt.
Refrigerate and cut only when it’s very, very cold, at least two hours. Serve or store in a freezer container and take them out when you get hungry.
Don’t miss out on trying them because they’re delicious, easy to make, and healthy!!”
Extra TIP: If you’re not vegan, you can use honey instead of dates as a sweetener.
